We use WorldPay as our payment gateway provider. WorldPay will draft a contract between you and sendcube, which you will need to agree to; all this is done when you sign up for our Monthly Fixed plan. This agreement is called FuturePay, and with this agreement you allow us to collect your monthly payment through the credit card details you provide to WorldPay.

All monthly payments will be deducted one month in advance and on the 1st of each month.

I don’t have a subscriber list yet. Can I use sendcube?
Can I trust you with my subscriber lists?
What do I get as a paid account holder?
I would like to have my own server, domain name and IP address, can you provide me with that?
What happens if my credit balance is insufficient?
