If I want to cancel my account, do I go through Future Pay or through you?
You can choose to go through FuturePay or through us, but we recommend that you go through us as you can cancel your account within our system. Once you have cancelled your account, you will receive a confirmation email from WorldPay and us, which will indicate that your cancellation has been accepted.
