I’ve tried to test the form by signing up but I don’t see a new subscriber under my list, and I didn’t receive a confirmation email.
If you have a firewall or spam filter installed on your computer or email server, emails coming from our system with your “From Email Address” will probably end up in your spam folder, or they may not be delivered to you at all.
This problem occurs because your mail server is being informed that an email from your domain is being sent to you, but upon checking, the mail is unable to find any email being sent out from your mail server. Depending on your firewall or anti-spam software, your server can either choose to drop the email without responding to us or automatically move the email to your junk folder.
To solve this problem, you can test your form using an external email address, or get your system administrator to put our email servers’ IPs under your “approved” list (better known as a “whitelist”), so that your mail server will allow such emails to go through.

We use a confirmed opt-in system, which requires subscribers to confirm
their subscription. If you try to subscribe from your form and can see
the success page, an email will be sent to you asking you to confirm
your subscription. If you have not confirmed your subscription, you
will be placed under the “Pending Confirmation” list.
Here’s how to get to your pending confirmation list:
- Click on “Contacts”.
- Next, click on “Inactive Subscribers”.
- Under the “Inactive Subscribers” tab, click on “Pending Confirmation”.
- You should be able to see the email address you used for testing listed here.
